Biography
Matthew J. Robinson, Esquire, serves as Managing Partner of Robinson & Robinson, LLC, where he leads the firm’s Land Use and Transactional Real Estate practices. With extensive experience representing clients throughout South Jersey, Matthew regularly navigates the region’s zoning, planning, and land development landscape, as well as structuring and assisting clients through complex real estate transactions.
Matthew’s land use practice encompasses site plan review, subdivision approvals, and zoning and planning matters before municipal boards, as well as regional and state regulatory agencies. He has secured critical permits and approvals for a broad range of commercial and industrial development projects, and routinely coordinates the many professionals essential to the planning process — including architects, engineers, traffic consultants, stormwater management specialists, sound impact experts, and economists — ensuring each project is best positioned for approval and long-term success.
In his transactional practice, Matthew advises clients on the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing, and sale of both residential and commercial real estate. He is frequently retained by lending institutions to handle commercial loan transactions and complex real estate financing, familiar with the needs of both developers and financial institutions alike.
